Refund on cancelled orders
Once your order has been cancelled, we will immediately process the refund. Your refund will
be in the form of Store Credits, which can be used for any of your subsequent purchases with
us at any convenient time.
Limitations on Cancellations :-
- No cancellations cane be processed for those products are purchased during special occasions like Sale, End Of Season Sale, Stock Clearance, New Year’s, Diwali,Christmas and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations, exchanges or refunds are not possible.
- Cancellations on customized products and designs are not be possible due to the
nature of these products.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report it to our Customer Care team.
The request will, however, be serviced once our warehouse has received the item. This should
be reported within 15 days of receipt of the products.
